Daddy
I've come to realise that my dad is a really kind & caring person.I love my dad much, though he may have habits & attitudes which I totally dislike.
He may not know alot about what's going on in my life and who are the people whom I hang out with or where are the places that I frequent, but I can still feel that he cares alot for his children.
Just like how my middle finger got caught between the door and he rushed me to the doctor, all the while complaining that the wait is taking such a long time.
I like chatting with my dad & asking him random questions that just pop into my mind all of a sudden.
"Why did you name me Lizhen?"
"Not nice meh?"
"Not nice. Very common."
"Common is good."
"It's not good, too common. And people call me lizard."
"Lizard ok what. At least better than Lifeng (which sounds similar to bee in chinese)."
Actually I think bee is a better word than lizard lor.
And it's just very him to say that being common is nothing bad.
He's the kind of dad who has a traditional mindset, yet he can laugh like nobody's business & swear like nobody's business.
He can also behave like a big kid & come up to me with a bruise on his hand & say, "See, I've got a bruise." (:
Love is about all the little things.
