Pretty
Yesterday school finally felt like school, for the very first time since I started more than one month ago.
Sitting together in class, chatting over lunch at the canteen, walking around sch talking and doing homework together is just happiness (:
Shi Ting agreed with me that this was the first time she felt this way too, haha.
Otherwise on normal days home is where we’re all headed after lectures.
Presentation was quite screwed even though Dr. Or said our work was good, haha.
I haven’t had any public speaking since god knows when.
Maybe three years?
I realize I seldom smile when I’m in unfamiliar settings.
Or when there are too many unfamiliar people around.
Just before the start of my presentation, Raine did the smiley action to remind me to smile.
And it sort of just occurred to me that it seems like I haven’t been smiling since the start of the lecture.
Probably I was trying too hard to hide my nervousness.
Can’t help getting stiff and I guess it’s all reflected on my face, hahaha.
Sometimes it just amazes me how I still have you and some people around me.
I think my house has got some pretty views outside the windows.
From my dad’s room, when the wind blows, I can see tiny leaves dancing in the air amongst the trees like green snow.
Just that they are floating upwards, not down.
And if I lie on my bed at night, I can see and hear aeroplanes flying across the night sky, being just tiny spots of lights.
